CLAY TARGET

Clay Target is a great way to share your sport with the whole family. Kids as young as 12 years old can come and enjoy a day out with parents and siblings.

There are 3 main disciplines of Clay Target; Skeet Trap and ISSF which you can be participate at a level that suits you. Some strive for sporting excellence aspiring to compete in state, national and international competitions and ultimately  in World Championships, Commonwealth and Olympic Games, while other are content to compete with their local colleges or even themselves. 

The different disciplines allow shooters to experience different deliveries of the targets giving variety for the competitors.

The Australian Clay Target Association is responsible for administering, promoting and developing the sport of Clay Target Shooting. There site provides clubs, members and visitors with information and news regarding our sport.

Shooters Union NSW Inc. is a sports shooting club dedicated to all disciplines available within the current legislation and is actively planning the creation of new disciplines such as Modified 3 Gun and Small bore Cowboy Action . Our political pursuits are headed by parent organization Shooters Union Australia.​

Growing from small numbers in 2006 (in NSW) the club has grown and attracted shooters from all over NSW to the main club in Sydney and the Sub Committee, South West Slopes Shooters at Boorowa .
